Manager was incredibly rude. I tried to return an £18 bag I had bought that day, as it was not explained at the time of purchase that they only accepted exchanges for accessories. Exceptionally large and well-equipped charity store. The music choice is pretty unique and everyone vibed with it. The changing rooms are a next level of spacious and clean - there are three of them and have multiple hooks to place your clothes on!
