I cannot thank and rate Alex highly enough, I asked him if he’d be able to widen one boot for me having broken my ankle. The alteration he did for me was all but indiscernible with a brilliantly stitched tiny piece of leather next to the zip. It fitted perfectly. I called to ask about their services and opening hours at 2:50pm. They confirmed they’d be open until 5pm on Saturday. I arrived before 5pm and the shop was locked.
