For sure I've had a few arguments with the people that work here but in the end they're good guys and they go trough a lot of frustrated customers daily. SHOPKEEPER IS A THIEF! I arranged for my parcel to be collected from this shop (using a DHL service point). Once the parcel was delivered, I went to the shop and the shopkeeper said he does not do DHL collection (DESPITE DHL clearly showing on their website that this shop can be used as a collection point).
