The reality is this is basically one of those corporate American burger bars, though the name suggests that it is more to do with milkshakes than burgers. Then again, pretty much everything in the states ends up producing a burger. It certainly isn't one of those hip places, but it still came across as pretty popular.

First time we tried the food at this fast-food place and although it seemed a bit expensive, we really liked it. Especially the burger, if we compare it to any McDonald or Burger King.
