Egle went above and beyond to help me exchange a pair of boots that was faulty - she didn't have to spend so much time and effort in doing so but she gave 10/10 customer service!!

Been to this store several times.The staff give attention only when they feel you will buy loads, they were asking soneone if they wanted prosecco and offered me no contact as I dressed in a less fashionable way!..Come to think of it I have over over 12 pairs of Russell and Bromley Shoes!
