Went in to pick up UPS delivery. Very friendly staff. No issues or hassle. Never been anything but friendly with me

Incorrect opening times. It says the shop is opened from 9am. The shop is currently closed. This is frustrating to come here and expect the shop to be opened but it is closed.

They don’t accept UPS deliveries - made up nonsense about how I’d packaged the parcel incorrectly - strangely every other UPS service I have used was fine! They obviously can’t be bothered with the process
