I was served by Zach and Adrian (with some helpful input from Matt too). Really positive experience. They were able to give me their personal recommendations and talk in high detail (that didn't feel overly rehearsed!) about the shoes they had there. If you have a choice of Runners Needs, go to this one! The staff are extremely attentive and patient. I actually went in with a bit of an annoying 'after-sales' query, and Adrian couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful! Very chuffed, and would recommend!
