Bought a LG Oled tv from these guys, click & collect service. They have called us on time as it?s written on the web. We had a little issue with the online payment, they dealt with it right away and didn?t delay the order. When we went to the store to pick up, Tommy( hope i remember his name right) was super friendly and nice. He informed us about the product, our rights, warranty, their repair service, etc.When it comes to electronics, they are the first to check on my list.P.s. One of the worst customer experiences I've experienced for numerous years. I've been a very loyal customer for Richer Sounds since my teens; visiting the original Leeds store in the 90's, London Bridge whilst at university, and Southgate since I moved to North London. After spending over £6,000 on a 85inch Samsung 8k TV, Samsung Soundbar, faulty Sanus TV bracket (which simply could not hold the weight of the TV and kept tilting upwards). I reported the fault to both Richer Sounds Customer Services who put me in touch with the Store Manager Tommy. This was a few months ago. At the time Tommy advised he could credit the amount (£169) when I bought another item or TV in the future and there was no rush to bring back the faulty bracket as the bracket is quite large and heavy.I called last week to order another TV for our new bedroom, Tommy could not recall the conversation or simply forgot and there were no notes made on the system or my file and basically called me a liar. His tone was unhelpful and aggressive. He lacks empathy, listening skills, professionalism, basic customer service skills and is out of depth for his Store Manager role. During the phone call, I mentioned I would like another 55inch Samsung TV and he said he would not credit it as the store only makes £32 profit. Again very unprofessional, why do I need to know this?!?This situation could have been avoided if; Tommy made notes on the system or my file after our conversation, followed up with an email after our conversation, or if he would've let me know to return the faulty bracket immediately after our first phone call I would've returned it. But as advised at the time I kept it until I needed another TV for our new bedroom.I'm all for supporting local businesses and the high street but this experience has put me off going to Richer Sounds all together.

Been coming here since the days of old CRT TVs and bought my first projector here.Have recently got an OLED TV and Soundbar and the guys here are still as helpful and knowledgeable than ever.Give honest advice, best prices.Not like John Lewis/Currys who have dedicated Samsung/LG/Sony employees who bamboozle you and try to convince you to buy their products.Cheers Tommy for the Samsung S95C!

Yet again another great experience in Richer Sounds Southgate. Such genuinely really nice and knowledgeable staff. Second big purchase in as many weeks with them. Highly recommend this store 10/10

Purchased an LG G2 TV this time (Dec 23) last year and had brilliant service at that time. Unfortunately the remote control decided to stop functioning yesterday evening. A call to Corrine in the morning resulted in a promise to look in the stock to see if there was a spare remote with a promise to ring me back. True to her word, Corrine called me back, explaining that none could be found .....and immediately ordered a new remote to be delivered directly to me. All done with no fuss but with great efficiency and a wonderful, positive approach. I wish all companies operated in this way. Exceptional service, Corinne and thank you.

Excellent experience in store with Dan and Tommy. They've recommended a great sound system to use in our recent kitchen/dining renovation. Would 100% use Richer Sounds again.

After reading some Which? Reviews I visited to look at TVs. Helpful staff members were clearly knowledgeable and sold me a TV at a price comparable to online only outlets. I?d be very happy to shop there again.

Excellent service from Richer Sounds this week. Very helpful response from Joe to my initial phone enquiry. Then today, Dan's knowledge and expertise was apparent as he solved a mystery malfunction with my turntable. All done with patience, professionalism and good humour. Thanks Dan!This is why we need physical stores, it couldn't have been done online.

Great little shop with many products on display. They have a sound proofed room aswell if you want to test speakers. Tommy was amazing. Really helpful and great product knowledge.

Tested multiple speakers and amps in store before finally deciding on a standmount and amp combo.Through the whole process Dan was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable.Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to audition and or buy new HiFi equipment.
