a couple days ago somebody robbed my phone out of my hand and find my iphone shows that this is the location that was last turned on so i’m pretty sure that they sell robbed phones

They gave my package to the wrong person and claimed that the package was never delivered to their shop despite picture evidence from the courier. They never admitted that they had made a mistake and were incredibly rude.

Have never been able to successful print a label and send a parcel here despite its being listed as a parcel shipper that prints labels.

STORE POLICY FOR HERMES COURIER SERVICE
1 - Parcel drop off service is only available
between 7am - 1pm - Monday - Saturday.
2 - Parcel collection is at all time during store
opening hours.
3 - Acceptable parcel size - 90cm x 20cm x 20cm

4 - Packaging material can be purchased at store.
5 - If HERMES COURIER Service machine is not
operating, and parcel is not run through process,
parcel cannot be left in store.
6 - We cannot release parcel without seeing a valid
ID. Please provide valid ID when collecting
parcel.
7 - FINALLY, this is not a HERMES COURIER STORE,
we are a drop off and collection point only, with
very limited information about your parcel.
