Staff are rude and unhelpful - a disabled customer was told off for sitting down while waiting for their partner to checkout, and fitting rooms are gender-segregated (and militantly policed) for seemingly no reason. The store is well kept tabs tidy. Ajiana was wonderful in helping me find what I need and also being all around friendly
