I tried on a number of items in this shop which was really easy as it wasn't busy.On paying ,the till lady said that the item was £3 more expensive because the label hadn't been changed on the item.!!!!!!According to trading standards if an item has a price tag that's the price it should be sold at.Will not be visiting... read full comment

Awful customer experience. Twice in a week they have managed to mistakenly return click-and-collect online orders after just two days from when they arrived in store, whilst it clearly says on their emails that items are available for collection for up to 5 days.
