If you had asked me to do a review at 4:30pm after the most appalling haircut from Patrice which took a painful 1.5 hours of faffing around cutting 1mm at a time (my nerves were shredded by the end), I would have graded a 1 star. However I called the salon and thank heavens Monica agreed to stay late and fix the disaster...

Very bad experience1 hour for have a blood dry made from 80 and more years lady that's I found very unfair 40 pound for a miserable result!I don't blame the poor lady for sure but the very poor management the young lady sit with the phone and the other gentleman avoid me all the time!Definitely not raccomended
