Very pleasant shopping experience, nothing pushy, not rushed. I was offered to walk around the house and return/change the pair if not right. Not expecting to be doing that but a nice gesture nevertheless.

Bought 2 pairs of blacksmiths online, both sizes didn't fit. So decided to visit the store and get my feet measured. James let me try on multiple sizes and models. Turns out my size was in the middle of the two I bought. So glad I visited, thanks for all of your help James.

Nothing wrong with the shoes but the staff couldn't be less interested if they tried. The first guy finished his shift in the middle of our conversation and literally walked away without any handoff. The second guy was equally disinterested and unhelpful. Buy online and save yourself a trip.
