Kept me waiting for 10 minutes to send a package via UPS. I was in first, Kept putting people coming into the shop ahead of me and told me they’d be with me next, each time. In the end, he told me to come back as it takes ‘5 minutes to do’ and he couldn’t do it now

Do not even attempt to have a parcel delivered here. 2 attempts to collect a UPS package, simply told ‘they dont know how to use the system’. Drop offs a similar story…
