Staff are horrendous, rude and cold. Lad that served me could not have wanted to be there less, arrogant and lazy. Playing the most generic and boring dance music out of the staff room downstairs so loud I could hear it through my headphones. Manager was in and out of this staff room yet said nothing so is clearly the norm.... read full comment
