Love PAM food most of the time, but today’s chicken, broccoli and rice soup had none of the above. Just broth, onions and carrots. Very disappointing.

Shohel has been very rude, I asked for an americano with cream, he said none of the Pret's do that anymore and told me it isn't on the menu anymore. I said, it is on the menu and took a picture, organic cream with 60p change. Than I was thinking what to get instead, he took other customers while I was still at the till.... read full comment
