My favourite Pret- all the staff in here always seem happy despite being busy most of the times. Really friendly service.

Today at lunch, I ordered a matcha latte. The barista seemed visibly displeased, sighing and giving me side glances as I placed my order. The latte was made hastily, leaving large, undissolved lumps of powder at the bottom. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the service and the £4 latte I received.
