This is now the 87th Pret that I have visited here in London and it definitely was as much of a Pret as I expected it to be.

I visited this Pret quite often. But today I was let down by the lady at the counter. I ordered an iced drink with oat milk, clearly specifying my preference, and confirmed this twice (cuz she thought i just want oat milk). Yet at the end I was given a hot one.
