Poisoned by a Christmas baguette today. Not the kind of thing I would expect for a £4.25 sandwich. I wish Birley would reopen.

Not a complaint, just an observation. This chain makes a great cup of coffee, but while ordering at this store and several others, I wondered what on Earth you guys are thinking with your ordering and pickup process. Clean. Spacious. Fast service. Plenty of seating but somewhat limited choice of food.
