I always come to Pret, anywhere in London, and know that the coffee is good and there is a place to charge my phone battery. And clean. Friendly staff.

Your service is bad, my friend was harassed for having an allergy and was told she was not welcome here. She was told to go somewhere else. The black waiter was very polite. And the toilet was defect.
