Family room. Comfortable but very small. Bathroom was very small but good shower, shame about the bath. Beds are OK. Free WiFi is slow. Breakfast was ample and in London I would recommend it for the price. A few steps to get up with your bags at the front entrance. Not quite sure if the value is still there with Premier.

Always liked Premier but this one had a flight of steps just to enter. Not easy with large cases. The room was much smaller than other hotels even the toilet was crowded. On the plus side it’s quiet.
