Couldn't get a hot drink in our room and only one very staff member dealing with incoming bookings. The room was clean and the food was alright in the bar.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Excellent location, lovely clean comfortable hotel and the staff were all pleasant. We purchased the breakfast and there was always plenty of choice and it was delicious both mornings. Thankyou for a lovely welcoming stay.

Great location, good service, friendly and efficient. Room was fine, a bit of road noise (but central London so not surprising)Walkability: We walked from Liverpool Street. Great for walks along the Thames and Tower Bridge
