Stayed here for a total of 9 nights. There was no one at check in when i arrived around 5pm.For housekeeping you will have to request every single day before 12pm to get your rooms done which is absurd. The term housekeeping in premier inn is just replacing towels. No linens were changed, used cups were not cleaned/replaced,... read full comment
