No big problems staying here on a recent trip to a conference in Euston. The staff were friendly. The room was a decent size and clean. Easy check in and out. Stayed here before and it's the location that makes it work. Rooms are OK but nothing special. Check in was a nightmare with all 3 automated booths not working so stupidly long queues with only 2 staff.

We always choose premier inn and this has to be the best premier inn even though it's an old building it was so clean I mean so immaculate!!!
