Okay so my package is lost and nobody has answers, yes royal mail is the absolute worst and I won’t use them anymore. BUT… the workers are very nice and empathetic at this station. Every time I go in there some customer yelling at one of them. I also noticed a sign saying “please treat our workers with respect”.... read full comment

Royal Mail couldn’t give me any reasonable explanation as to the whereabout of my parcel. When I got to the office, the guy was so rude and just gave me a customer care number to call but it happened to be the worst customer care service ever. I lost 3 parcels in 4 month, the tracking information shows arrived in London Central Mail Centre and get just disappeared never update again.
