Horrible customer service by (Anne) made presumptuous comments about what size I required. Staff clearly needs training in how to deal with customer requests rather than passing judgements.

The store is quite small and given this space, it gets really uncomfortable inside with only 4-5 people. We were shopping on the ground floor and it’s not the easiest browse with that space.
