OPENED 2004 The Pavilion cafe in Victoria Park is where we started, and where all roads lead back to. It encapsulates what the Pavilion believes in - a cup of tea that costs a quid, excellent seasonal British cooking like your mum used to make, plenty of seats and roaring log fire.
