Absolute rubbish. I like the franchise in general, but this one on Regent's street is not recommended. I guess it's OK for Take-away purposes, but I ordered eat-in a sandwich which I asked to make it warm and one coffee. Tables are really dirty, you have to clean them yourself in order to sit.
