Service is hit and miss depending on the staff. Many of the current staff are professional and friendly but far from in the past. Great high quality food and pastry and earl grey tea.

Pretty good, the place is nice and the staff friendly. It is not appreciable, however, that the price written in large letters is for takeaway while the price for those who decide to consume in the shop is very small and practically illegible.
