Terrible service! I came in to exchange a pair of earrings (untouched still packaged) rather than saying sorry we don't return or exchange earrings theManger had a serious attitude was actually really rude to me! Such a shame as this is one of my favourite stores!

Had a lovely experience here today. Received a faulty bracelet and the team here didn’t even hesitate to replace it for me. Huge thank you to the lovely lady who I spoke to on the phone in the morning, she then helped in store and I unfortunately can’t remember her name but she was brilliant.
