It does the job, staff are good.Screens need a bit of work, premier seats not comfortable. No hot drinks which is weird.

Great local cinema but go by bus as parking is difficult in the area

Best thing is the convenience of having a local cinema and that it qualifies for the 2 for 1 Meerkat reward. The staff are friendly and it is pleasant enough. The toilets are clean. The screens are quite small. It is in need of refurbishment and the whole place is looking a bit tired. Does require local support otherwise it is at risk of being sold and converted to flats!!

You get what you pay for. The cinema screen isn't bright or immersive enough, but the tickets are cheapest in the market.

We had a good visit to this cinema. The screen we attended was clean and spacious. The staff I engaged with were very friendly and helpful.I haven't been here for years but I would definitely return sooner.

Not good! Both times I have been to this cinema they have forgotten to turn the main lights off when the film started.I have missed the beginning of the last two films because of this and going to notify staff, when I enquired why this happened the first time a meme we of staff said it?s supposed to be like that and the second said the cleaners must have forgotten to turn them off. Also the seats in screen 5 were very uncomfortable with what seems like a random allocation of leg room per row, with some with a lot and some with very little. I could see a lot of people with their legs pressed up against the back of seats, trying to stretch their legs in the aisle and having to re-adjust frequently with people getting quite restless by the end of the film and moving seats. I would have given 1 star but gave 2 for good ticket prices but I?d rather pay a little bit more for a good experience. I don?t think it will be likely we will be back again.

Wanted to see a film not showing at Lee Valley. Unfortunately had to abandon it as we couldn?t park anywhere long enough for the film. Both Sainsbury?s and on street parking bays are limited to 2 hours which isn?t long enough for the length of most films. Side streets are mostly Resident or business permit. Arriving by public transport would in hindsight have been preferable.

Overpriced, tiny screen and really uncomfortable seats

The place was very clean. The staff are friendly. I will recommend it to any of my friend.

Small cinema with a good range of films. No free parking nearby unless you carefully study the restrictions on the side roads. Internal decor is a bit faded but it is clean. Ripoff prices for snacks. BYO from a nearby supermarket.

It?s not fancy but the staff are lovely and the ticket prices are good!

Great local cinema, good selection of the latest films.

The cinema could definitely use some TLC - armchairs are quite dirty, toilets are looking very tired and untidy. However, tickets are good value and Screen 3 wasn't cold - it was actually a very comfortable temperature. It would be great if the management could look at refreshing the whole building, but overall it's not as terrible as some reviews suggest.

Wonderful film but the Screen 1 cinema was very cold, I don't think there was any heating on.
