Male sauna hsa been our of order for 3 weeks now. Been told will take another 5 weeks to fit a new one. Prior to that the steam room was out of order for 3 weeks. I have to recommend the Joint Mobility Programme I took part in last year. Excellent 12 weeks of sessions with Alejandro and colleagues who changed my life and set me up for feeling I could join a gym, gave me confidence to exercise in the right ways.
