Dealing with online orders is such a pain in this store. No mobile phone reception and no wifi for customers.

Had issues with a returned item. Refund was never processed there was some kind of confusion. Believe the member of staff made a mistake when item was returned.However one of the managers called charlie was really help full she listened and understood what the issue was and actually stood up to her words she has been brilliant... read full comment
