The queues are a nightmare at anytime of the day. Staff just look and carry on talking. Dreadful customer service

Be careful with the way the prices are marked and showed on rails! Very cheeky of them of placing full price items under 40% off rails, clearly wanting people to think items are on offer and get to the counter and pay full price. Also double check staff take out all supposedly security tags! I had one left on an item and... read full comment
