Came in with 2 cheques during lunch break, the old grey haired employee(unfortunately didn't catch her name) was asking so many stupid questions especially saying the names dont exactly match (one check had my middle name in). The one star is for the tall black man who stepped in and helped me when the young Indian man and a young lady were both the rudest people I have ever met in a bank!
