Great customer service. I came in at 12:30pm on a Tuesday, the branch was almost empty so I had a relaxing time. Imran, who served me, was super helpful in solving the loads of complex queries I had. 10/10!

Horrible service .. expect more professionalism in the city of London as its the financial hub of the U.K. Was waiting for someone to correct an issue.. who turned out to go and sort something out .. didn’t come back for a while . Was then shrugged off by one of there staff called Sutinder tuor. Who later never apologised... read full comment
