A year ago I went to get information on bank accounts and the different products offered by this bank.On the other hand, I was advised by an excellent advisor who knew about it.Having an account with them I have never had any difficulties opening it and getting help.

Absolutely amazing team at this branch. I had a big problem that was actually all my fault and could have cost us our house purchase. I had called Nationwide and they wouldn't/couldn't help me over the phone.I went into the Aldgate branch and they were amazing. Very empathic to my situation and made a significant exception...
