Absolute hassle. The team here does not have a clue how to open new accounts. Was referred by a friend to switch here. Applied online and presented my passport at this branch. very friendly and helpful Nationwide branch, has 3 cash machines inside. swapped from a Natwest account holder to Nationwide and its been great.
