Really helpful staff. I had accidentally opened up a new second current account instead of downgrading my existing account. The lady who served me gave me a number to ring up but the person on the phone was not helpful so the lady resolved the issue there and then. Thank you very much indeed!

All of the negative reviews are just from old people who refuse to adapt and pay bills online or on the phone.The store looks great, the cash drop machines are great! The staff are lovely.If anything I’d say the new layout negatively affects the staff more as they have to sit at a bench with no back support on the chair!

Definitely not Rude!. I Had a very specific request (£50 note for my mums birthday) … love the new branch… member since 1982 …three members of staff all were engaging and helpful - defo 5 stars
