Very Bad service .I was waiting the whole day and they didn't delivered my items . Unreliable, Time Waster, never again buy from Konnec because they use Hermes courier.They keep changing the delivery date all the time.Not possible to contact Hermes, and We avoid retailers and on line shops that Use Hermes.Very Bad Service...

My Hermes, you don't realise your actions can cost your company more than the £2.95 I paid for delivery or you could bring blessings to yourself by your actions if i make a review. Not possible to contact Hermes, they ignore letters and treat customers with contempt. We avoid retailers and on line shops that use hermes. Use Hermes and lose my business.
