The staff is really helpful. I bought a wrong size pants and the exchange process took less than 5 minute.

The one changing room on the ground floor seemed permanently unavailable, and no signage indicating alternatives. Many of the items were displayed on hangers so high that I could not even take the jacket down to try it on/buy without help.

I neeed a skiing pants and the store didn’t have my size . The store assistant maryam was very friendly and helpful and she went out of her way till she found the right size at another store .
