Incredible charity shop with the upmost care for its items and for its cause. I especially loved the notes to place on the Christmas tree to loved ones not with us anymore such a lovely thing to do. Very caring and attentive staff and volunteers who are more than happy to help.

What’s ironic when reading these reviews is that although Mind is a mental health charity, the reviewers do not seem to be taking the mental health of the shop staff into account.
