This is the best hair salon I have been to. Giulio gave me the best wash and head massage and Joel gave me the best hair cut and blow dry I've ever had. Both super informative, professional and helpful, giving me advice on cut and styling. Lovely people to be treated by. Also had a gorgeous espresso Martini. Thank you so much, I'll be back again. Highly recommend!

Great experience. The salon is stunning and the staff is super professional. Giulio has been my hairdressers, polite and precise. Cool atmosphere. The bar downstairs with a good coffee and food is a bonus.I will be back soon for different treatments.

Bryn always does the best highlights - better than anyone else in London! Better than anywhere else I have tried. Very quick and helpful to make an appointment with too - everyone was lovely and accommodating.

This is the worst salon experience I have had in London. When I booked my appointment, I was told that they couldn?t take me any later so I had to cut a previous appointment short to be there on time. When I arrived, I was told they were running late and 25 minutes later they still hadn?t started my appointment. I wasn?t offered a drink or anything at all. The reason they gave for the delay was that another customer had arrived late to their appointment, which is unacceptable. In the end I left as I would not have made it to my dinner in the evening otherwise. They best they could offer was a half hearted apology. I will not be returning and would advise that if you are looking for good customer service to avoid this salon completely.
