The service was extremely poor: wait times exceeded 60 minutes, the restroom was out of order, no coffee or water was provided, and staff suggested using an ATM across the street. This is the headquarters of Metro Bank.

Avoid this bank like the plague. They are so incompetent it's painful. My private information was leaked and as a result I was targeted by fraudsters. Money was taken out of my account and the fraud was reported immediately by me. Nevertheless they froze my account and despite 2 weeks since I went to the branch to reset... read full comment
