It was midnight around Old Street in London, my phone was out of battery and so I couldn't access the entry code for my accommodation. My grateful thanks to the lovely staff at the nearby McDonald's, who immediately understood my situation and found a charger, charged my battery and got me back in to where I was staying.... read full comment

I swear every customer was fighting with the staff about something. I myself had to wait 1/2h for a quarter pounder, and was told I had been called earlier. Which was untrue. Everybody here seemed to be working in slow motion. A complete disgrace.
