Absolute shambles employees shouting on some loud distorted microphone order numbers couldn't understand a word food cold and tasteless

Although the automated service was pretty swift I was disappointed with what I discovered in my bag. My Big Mac would have been less of a mess if it had been thrown into the box. I also had nuggets, and anyone who has nuggets knows they are infinitely better with a dip. A dip which I ordered but did not appear in the bag.... read full comment

Absolutely appalling. This is now the THIRD time I have left the building without the food I have paid for. Staff slow and unfriendly. Unfortunately now Burger King has gone this is the only place to get food, when you don’t have to wait over fifteen minutes! Once again asked for a manager to get a refund and the team... read full comment
