Very unhelpful workers, a buyer of mine went back and forth for days trying to collect a parcel from me they said they “didn’t have” the recipient watched them sift through what they had and literally saw their parcel right there, no reaction from staff or a sorry even though theyd been back and forth for days. Very unpleasant experience collecting InPost parcel. The older gentleman at the counter was rude, lied the scanning device wasn’t working and advised to come back after 45 mins. When I told I couldn’t come back 45 mins later as advised, the scanning device suddenly was back on track and I was able to collect the parcel.... read full comment
