I was absolutely appalled by my damaged goods, as normally I have great experiences with M and S.

I’m disappointed with the hygiene at this shop. One staff member was handling croissants and pastries without gloves after unpacking boxes with his bare hands. It’s unhygienic and unacceptable. Proper food handling should be a basic standard. I won’t be buying bakery items again unless this is addressed.
