If you're visiting the City, the Malmaison is well-located, close to the Barbican and Farringdon tube stations (with the latter giving direct access to Heathrow via the Elizabeth line). There's a super rude guy working at the front desk. We went to the hotel to retrieve our luggage after checking out, went in the dining room where they were stored, expecting to find a staff member there to help (as there was someone in there when we were asked to put our bags there in the morning). Absolutely loved my stay! The interior design is incredible. Stayed with my best friend for international women’s day and Adrian was massive help to us ??
