Went there to mail a small parcel to Europe. Was informed that Royal Mail doesn’t insure items above 50 pounds (their website says otherwise) and can take up to 8 weeks to deliver, trying to push me to use a courier service that would cost over 60 quid for a parcel of 350g.

I asked for a quote to collect two packages and delivery to my address from Wimbledon Auctions, I received the quote which I accepted then received an email saying they had collected the items and what delivery service I wanted, when I chose they then doubled the price saying they had to collect from two addresses and packaging... read full comment

I have been going to MBE in Wimbledon for several years now for printing/Fedex/UPS/etc. Chetan and his team are always very helpful and friendly. I send about 400 pages per week for printing for me to then Fedex to the US and I have never had any problems. On the one or two occasions that there is a delay with a delivery... read full comment
